Michelle Trachtenberg has sadly passed away at the age of 39. The actress was found dead in her apartment this morning due to natural causes. Trachtenberg was a true Millennial actress through and through, and anyone growing up in the 90s and 2000s feels this loss today.
Trachtenberg made her television debut on The Adventures of Pete & Pete, which led her to Harriet the Spy, and had been acting up until a couple of years ago. She most famously starred as Dawn in Buffy the Vampire Slayer (for the older Millennials) and Georgina Sparks in Gossip Girl (for the younger ones). However, if teen dramas weren’t your thing then you most likely know her from Eurotrip.
Michelle’s loss is a tragic one, especially at such a young age, and we’re sending our thoughts to her loved ones.
