If you’re anything like me, you’ve been coming out of a bit of a winter hibernation funk.
Sure, rotting in bed all day was all well and good when the temperatures are in the negatives and its dark out about 75% of the time.
But when that sun starts shining and the birds start chirping? I start to really feel the need to get my butt in gear.
Maybe I’ll even go for a run one of these days. Who knows.
