I have never envied the job of a teacher. You can be the best at conveying ideas, taking time to sit down with students who need extra time, and you’re still going to run into a complete dumbass (and, if we’re being honest, it’ll probably happen every year that you teach). In that spirit, these students probably aren’t graduating with honors anytime soon (if they graduate at all).
