During my stint as a busser in a country club, I learned one of the most important rules of the service industry: Don’t fuck with the bartenders. I never did, but I saw plenty of customers (especially during weddings) make this massive mistake (never EVER accuse a bartender of making your Long Island Iced Tea “weak,” because you will get a Long Island Iced Tea that will make you black out on the spot).
With that in mind, maybe, JUST MAYBE, you shouldn’t try to screw a group of bartenders out of overtime pay, especially these bartenders in the U.K…
