Back on Tuesday, Washington Capitals’ Tom Wilson took a cheap shot at New York Rangers’ Pavel Buchnevich after a scrum for a loose puck in the Capitals crease. Buchnevich was already on the ice when Wilson threw a quick right jab to his neck and head area.
