I was using a pencil to support myself as I leaned back in my chair. Pencil was sharp, went through my jeans into my thigh.
Had to stand up in front the whole class with it sticking out like a cartoon arrow and ask to go to the nurse’s office.

I’ll never forget my teacher’s face.
