You know, does anyone have any positive stories about HOAs? Seriously, I haven’t heard one yet (fuck my HOA, please give the fucking handyman permission to shut off the fucking water for 30 minutes so he can replace the hot water heater, it’s been three weeks since I was able to take a hot shower WHAT THE FUCK) and this is another one to throw on the pile.
Except this time, we’re not merely dealing with a pissed off piece-of-shit neighbor weaponizing their HOA. This is the president of an HOA, and when you’re dealing with the top asshole, sometimes you have to use their rules against them.
