Anything that works toward something positive and has some amount of self-reflection can be considered therapy.
Don’t let the idea of a private room, a comfy couch, and some Soprano’s style lady with a pen and clipboard be your only view on therapy. Cracking a beer on the patio after a day doing yard work could be your verison of therapy. Sending a nice text message to your significant other could your verison of therapy.
Whatever it is. Find your version of therapy. Find some way to self-reflect. Even if that means checking out memes in between flushes 😉
