The infamous Panera Bread charged lemonade has claimed another life according to NBC News. A second lawsuit claims that a 46-year-old man drank three charged lemonades back in October before succumbing to cardiac arrest. Just for reference, that’d be the same as drinking 12 large cups of coffee in a sitting.
According to the lawsuit, a 30-ounce (Panera’s large) Mango Yuzu Citrus Charged Lemonade contains 390 milligrams of caffeine. The restaurant chain doesn’t seem to be showing any signs of removing the beverage from their menu.
