We have all dealt with loud, obnoxious neighbors. Whether it was in the dorms at college or in an apartment complex, particularly those with communal areas. They play their music for the entire complex and share all their nitty-gritty drunk details with the entire world at the top of their lungs. Their nocturnal habits belong in a Bram Stokers movie.
