True story, I went for a jog this past weekend and threw my back out after I sneezed mid-stride (I’m 34) and it got me thinking. After having a mild existential crisis, and a massive pity party, I decided I’d ask you guys via our IG page to describe the dumbest ways you hurt yourselves. Thankfully, based on your responses, I guess I’m not the only vulnerable one, susceptible to both incredibly pathetic and stupid mishaps.
