I had an uncle who worked in HR for a casino. The stories he told me were almost unbelievable (as an example, on his first day of work, he saw a woman carrying her belongings out after being fired, apparently she had been living inside of the hotel at the casino for weeks pretending she had a home).
The addition of money in casinos and high-end hotels does not protect them from weird shit. In fact, it often amplifies weird shit, and these stories from unfortunate housekeepers in high-end hotels and casinos are even more proof of that.
