The Charlotte Hornets organization resembled a much different mascot on Monday, the 16th; namely The Grinch. During an in-game promo against the Philadelphia 76ers, the Hornets made a child’s Christmas wish come true…until they didn’t.
After gifting one fan a Playstation 5 console on camera in front of the entire Spectrum Center, team representatives then took the PS5 away after cameras were turned off.
That’s low, to say the least.
