Sao Paolo, Brazil native Jennifer Pamplona is a self-proclaimed plastic surgery addict and has openly admitted she’s willing to “die on the table” in her quest to have Kim Kardashian-esque curves. The former Versace model has spent $470,000 on her surgeries, which include lipo, rhinoplasty, veneers, rib removal, multiple breast augmentations and most recently having 4 pints of fat injected into her butt.
