Courageous. That’s the term Apple used when describing their decision to remove the headphone jack in their new ‘innovative’ iPhone 7. Courageous. COURAGEOUS? Removing basic features that nearly every one of your customers uses and expecting them to buy an expensive product just to be able to hear audio, that doesn’t take courage – it takes a profound level of arrogance. These iPhone reveals are supposed to talk about new and unique additions to the phone (not doing something Nokia did back in 2004), and needless to say the internet had plenty to say about Apple’s shortcomings.
