First of all, let’s just start by saying that it takes an especially twisted individual to want to harm a helpless dog, cats too (after all, they’re pretty much the reason we have the internet, right?). The bond that we form with our pets as they become part of our families is unbreakable and losing them is certainly devastating.
Well, it looks like none of that mattered to this man in China. Whether or not you agree with the outcome, there surely has got to be a fiery hot seat with his name on it waiting for him.
