The USAF Air Demonstration Squadron (or “Thunderbirds”) are the demonstration squadron of the US Air Force. They’re like the Harlem Globetrotters of the US Military.
They tour the US and world doing tricks in specialized (marked) aircraft. They’re the third-oldest flying team of their kind and turned 69 years old this year (nice). They’ve flown in front of 300 million people since their inception.
