After working in restaurants I’ve got to say that gross shit can happen pretty easily if things aren’t kept squeaky clean. As a customer, all you can do is hope that the place you’re eating doesn’t have 50+ health code violations. Restaurant workers and health inspectors alike see some disgusting shit.
