Of course when it comes to summertime, undeniably the most popular holiday of the season for Americans is Independence Day on the 4th of July. I’ve always considered it “Christmas of the Summer season”. However, aside from the patriotic holiday (which I do love to death, let’s be clear) there are a number of other lesser-known holidays that deserve extra attention for when all the bombs bursting in air go quiet.
