It is the first Saturday in May when we hold our annual Memorial Ceremony. The names of the recently fallen or identified are added to their respective service’s cenotaph. Each name is covered with a strip of electrical tape. E-tape is widely used by technicians, and is a staple in our toolkit. During the Memorial Ceremony, the tape is removed from each newly added person’s name as they are read. Additionally the names of every one of our fallen are read off. Each service will have someone from their branch read the names off. Like this post? 3 Liked! 0 Disliked 0
