Patriots Coach Mike Vrabel Preaches Sound Defense Leading up to Super Bowl

There aren’t many people who know more about winning Super Bowls than Patriots head coach, Mike Vrabel. That is of course unless you count his former teammate Tom Brady or coach Bill Belichick. That’s about it.
Vrabel won 3 Super Bowl titles as a player in 2002, 2004, and 2005 playing linebacker for Belichick’s defense. This after being drafted by Bill Cowher and the hard-nosed Pittsburgh Steelers defense.
Now Coach Vrabel has a chance to make history as the first person in the NFL to win a Super Bowl both as a player and as a coach for the same franchise. I spoke with Vrabel on the importance of defense leading up to SBLX.
