Monday, monday, monday – it creeps up on ya!
Another day, another dollar – whatever your grind, your hustle, your rip is – keep going, keep pushing, keep stacking.
But also know when to rest, listen to your body, and let life takes its natural course. It’s hard to redirect our nervous system when the Sunday scaries disappear and that outlook about work is suddenly gone.
It’s why it takes you damn near 3 days of vacation to feel relaxed – without having to knockin back a couple cold ones.
Mondays and work is always made better when you know you are not alone. It’s easy to feel like you are the only person with a regular job nowadays thanks to social media.
