Look, when you broach this sort of topic, maybe you’re picturing a parade of horror stories (think the movie Barbarian or The People Under the Stairs).
Much to my surprise, you’ll find those stories aren’t the majority here. In fact, many of these stories are surprisingly sweet, especially the last one that is basically a mini-narrative that played out on the internet in a beautiful way:
