Funny Single-Panel Cartoons From the Always-Relatable Zachary Kanin
I love cartoons.
When I was young, I took inspiration from Gary Larson and thought being a cartoonist was the coolest job in the world.
I’m probably still right, actually.
Imagine sitting at a desk, sipping coffee (maybe hauling a doob, even?), and coming up with cartoons?
I’m always on the hunt for fun cartoons, especially of the single-panel variety.
Zachary Kanin had been on my radar, I already knew him as the co-creator of the sketch comedy series, I Think You Should Leave, but I never knew he’s also a cartoonist for The New Yorker.
I did some digging, chuckled at a lot of his work, and now hope you will too.
(FYI: Kanin and Tim Robinson have a new HBO series called The Chair Company, which is also very good…)
