The C/MV-22 Osprey has a tilting-rotor system that allows for vertical take-off/landing (like a helicopter) and then the blades move forward to fly like a prop-driven plane.
At night, ground crews can use Night Vision Goggles (NVG) to see the LED lights at the tip of each rotor blade. The pilots can control the brightness of the lights which allows the pilots and ground crew to work together while landing the big Osprey at night.
(For Military eyes on “MV-22” title, the video was taken by a Marine but it’s actually a CV-22…as in Air Force)
