“How many of us continue to put into practice our new hobbies and skills we’ve gained during quarantine?
I’ll be the first to say that I have definitely not: during quarantine, I’ve spent a great deal of time working on my balance and muscle-mind connection through exercises like these. As soon as the quarantine stopped though, so did the handstand practice….up until today 🤗.
Today I decided to revisit an old friend (my handstands) and fool around a little bit. They are so much fun to do and they make a pretty neat thirst trap too 😉.”
