Texas Highway Patrol Corporal, Tyson Metzig, caught a 5-year-old girl stealing a candy bar at a local store. The mother asked the officer to talk to her daughter about her crime after the event, recording this beautiful moment.
“The best part about this video is not of my child crying, that was actually the worst part! It is how this awesome (Corporal) Texas State Trooper stopped her from crying by his sweet words as well as made her realize what she did wrong and that she could get in trouble if she did things like that. He did not try to scare her at all!! As a matter of fact, the best words I could have heard come out of his mouth today was:
‘You don’t have to be scared of me” and “We all make mistakes. Even I do.’
