Opposing teams make dream come true for boy with down syndrome (Video)

Jake Pratt is an 18-year-old senior with down syndrome at Vestavia High School in Alabama. He loves football and his dream was to score a touchdown during a game. Two opposing teams made that dream come true and celebrated in unity with him.
