It’s called Dinghy boat racing. Rednecks like myself always want to race and we’re broke. As such, take a fishing boat then tack on a 30-hp engine and find other like-minded folks. Racing isn’t reserved only for the rich pricks…this is the good stuff. Speeds up to 55-mph through make-shift courses.
