A little backstory: This is Adrian Solano of Venezuela who never trained on snow before competing in the Nordic World Ski Championships in Finland. He had only practiced on wheels leading up the event. He finished in 156th place, dead last, but he remained unfazed and had this to say, “I achieved a dream. This pushes me to try more every day.” We’re rooting for the guy.
