If you were a child in the early 80’s who loved computer games, but your parent did not have the means or the want to buy a very expensive home gaming console for you, you may have had to deal with “the next best thing” the board game version. Ok it’s definitely not the next best thing but they were a thing. Companies such as Milton Bradley and Parker Bros. turned video game excitement into board games. Bummer.
