I,ve done better. A whole oven pan sized one. First 480g of smoked ham hacked to very very small, then 600 grams of pan fried bacon, then some 300g gouda cheese, after that, 400g each of two kinds of salami and 1kg of cheese 30/30/40% emmentaler/edam/mozzarella. There was something else too, but I forgot. BTW the sauce had consomme and onions and baconfat added.
