The hat message was written by a server at a restaurant called Dick's Last Resort, which is where I'm sure this picture was taken. I've been there a couple times and their gimmick is the servers are all dicks and make fun of you and joke with your table. They warn you first and the food and table service is pretty good, so it's a fun place to go if you're able to laugh at yourself. I've seen hats with messages like "Queen of the "A" cups" (A small-chested female friend) and "My breath smells like his balls" with an arrow to the left.

Moron…its from a restaurant called "Dick's Last Resort" so the apostrophe is appropriate…what is missing is the "Hot Dogs" after the dicks.
