Famous satirical street artist Banksy (a pseudonym, his real name is unknown) took up the reins to direct the opening credits of The Simpsons. Things took a dark turn and Fox went ape-shit. Fox demanded the intro never be aired, however, all the animators threatened to walk out if Banksy’s vision wasn’t realized.
This aired last night.
Now I'm depressed….
Gee, I can't imagine why FOX wouldn't want that aired.
Do the "Simpson's" writers have a beef with FOX?
That pretty much showed them as negatively as you could.
Considering the Simpsons would be nothing without FOX, that's pretty messed up of the writers to do.
