This looks about as real as that old movie Lawn Mower man, actually it looks like they used the same software to shop it. Can this happen, I guess it can to a smaller extent but to have it be this far gone and people still live there with out fixing it…I don't buy it.

There's no way this is true pic.Common sense tell you that if it was water…then it would leak out the 1st opening regardless how small that opening would be.In this case you have the light fixture attached to a power box in the ceiling and cannot be sealtight…thus water regardless how little would leak oit n droplets or piss out like a waterfall depending on the size of the original leak above going into the ceiling!!!!
