Recently, students from the University of Ohio launched a campaign against costumes that stereotype cultures. It didn't seem to sit well with Americans, specifically the part of America that's on the internet. It has been deemed 'Butthurt Halloween'.

#24 should have just said nothing.
Let's do the idiot checklist shall we?
Comments full of trolls who think they're so witty? CHECK!
Lots of morons rambling about "I'm an AMURRRRICUN!!! DUN TELL ME WHUT TO WEARRRRRR!!!"? CHECK!
Idiots acting unjustifiablt butthurt because some acted justifiably upset? CHECK!
Losers proving the very racism the original posters are protesting and completely missing the point of what they're mocking? CHECK!
Assholes using the internet to be the worthless hateful pieces of shit they can't get away with being in real life? CHECK!
So sad, but so damned predictable. And yes, I know this comment will get flamed. Trolling losers ALWAYS flame their intellectual superiors for accurately pointing out their worthlessness as human beings.
I miss Jesus in this collection of pics.
Not to nitpick, but does anyone even know the whole point of Halloween costumes any more? All these non-scary costumes are not Halloween, and not okay!
Fuckem if they cant take a joke

This image taught me something. That black isn't the color of your skin, it's a culture.
Fascinating… Thank God for PC-folk teaching me what racism is.
Now I know that when a black person does something it's not the individual doing it, it's his culture…
I'm a Swede and all I can say is. Please, dress as any Swedish stereotype you can come up with and no one would be offended.
We are more than what we appear.
Oh, I forgot… She is rather cute if she stopped sulking. =)
Can't tell where Chive stands on the issue… http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Racism
