  • Rusty Shackleford

    #5 #9 #12 I read these in their voices

  • KCooperCO

#16 From Warden Norton I prefer "….or you will do the hardest time there is. No more protection from the guards. I'll pull you out of that one-bunk Hilton and cast you down with the Sodomites. You'll think you've been fucked by a train!"

  • AssClown

#17 Mine's the most colourful picture.

    • tv_paul

I must say you're aging very well.

    • Hrdwood

Is it true that if I go to sleep, Clowns will eat me?

    • cum dumpster

Pennywise is the clowns name – not IT

    #13

I totally forgot about this movie. Wow, nostalgia is a fickle little bitch.

  • JDP

#14 Ming's "Every thousand years, I test each life system in the Universe. I visit it with mysteries, earthquakes, unpredicted eclipses, strange craters in the wilderness… If these are taken as natural, I judge that system ignorant and harmless: I spare it. But if the Hand of Ming is recognized in these events, I judge that system dangerous to us. I call upon the great god Dyzan and for his greater glory, and our mutual pleasure, I destroy it utterly. " is more evil 😉 just a bit long…

i like this quote from the joker better – Don’t talk like one of them. You’re not! Even if you’d like to be. To them, you’re just a freak, like me! They need you right now, but when they don’t, they’ll cast you out, like a leper! You see, their morals, their code, it’s a bad joke. Dropped at the first sign of trouble. They’re only as good as the world allows them to be. I’ll show you. When the chips are down, these… these civilized people, they’ll eat each other. See, I’m not a monster. I’m just ahead of the curve."

    • JSettle11

      That was a great scene.

Bane had a great one in TDK Rises:
"OOOh you think darkness is your ally? You merely adopted the dark… I was born in it, molded by it. I didnt see the light until i was already a man. By then it was nothing to me but blinding!

  • Buck

    Where's Bill the Butcher?

    "I don't give a tuppany f**k about your moral conundrum you meat-headed s**t sack."

    • Heyo

I think Jules from pulp fiction is missing too!

      • Hank Hill

Technically, he walks the good guy/bad guy line.

      • Jules

Jules: The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he who, in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of darkness, for he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who would attempt to poison and destroy My brothers. And you will know My name is the Lord when I lay My vengeance upon thee.

    • Murph1908

      "Happy Halloween ladies. LLLLLLL LLLLLL"

  • TotesAwesome

Some quotes are good, but 'there will be blood' for SAW? That's all someone could get?

  • m.c.

yeah that's the popular one #9… but he has way more sinister ones.

    • http://thechive.com/ mattythegooch

      Pffffffffffffffffffff.

  • Hank Hill

#8 Never understood the kryptonite thing. If his home planet is made of kryptonite and everybody was normal there, then why doesn't kryptonite just turn him back normal? If it kills him, then why was anybody back home even alive? Nerds, help me.

    • Wiseman

We have Lava on our planet.. are you immune to lava?

    • MaoTseFunk

Maybe making him 'normal' would be a painful experience after having matured with advanced powers?

Like if I had a substance that would force you to revert to the form of Homo-Habilis, the experience of losing all your higher cognitive capabilities and being reduced to an aggressive, petty, tool-making survivalist might be so existentially severe it manifests in physical trauma?

Then again, the internet has had similar impacts and I don't think anyone has died [ "social commentary on the internet you say? Unheard of!'']

    • MrFumbles

The kryptonite was under the crust like our mantle. When down there it caused no harm but brought up it did. Just like if you pulled out a piece of magma it would burn the shit outta you.

    • Busternut

It does turn him back to normal, the pain he suffers is his body losing the superpowers he has here. After the suffering has gone he is just a normal man and anyone can crush him. Remember the cafe scene from Superman 2? when he returns after purposely getting rid of his powers? He gets his ass kicked and he sees his blood for the first time. He later returns to the cafe after regaining his powers.

    • yam

Superman would just be a normal dude on Krypton which has a red sun. Earth's yellow sun, Pat, gives Superman his powers and the radiation of Kryptonite interferes with that process therefore weakens and poisons him.

Not sure if our sun is named Pat but it kind of looks like a Pat. True story.

      Nerd out!

      • Hank Hill

I always figured it was named Sonny.

    • Dnlmonaco

It's irradiated. Kryptonite is essentially a piece of Krypton that passed through the nasty cosmic event that orphaned Superman. The rocks are crazy with radiation, which him of his powers and slowly shuts down his bodily functions. Krypton is harmful to humans, but kills much slower. Lex Luthor wore a ring of kryptonite that gave him cancer. The doctors had to amputate his hand, it got so bad that Lex eventually had to clone himself a new body.

    Best quote from that movie
    "I will break you"

    • Not a dick

Not being a dick but I thinks it's
      -"I must break you."

      • A dick

        Not a dick is right.

        • Drunkendave

          I'm drunk

          • A dick

            I'm a dick.

#14 Flash Gordon! Great soundtrack by Queen!

    • tv_paul

Flash a-ah He'll save every one of us (like how they recycled this song in Blades of Glory)

  • heywood jablowme

#2 my personal favourite quote from him is; "from hell's heart I stab at thee. For hate's sake I spit my last breath at thee." best… death scene… EVER!!

    • Iggy Catalpa

Kahn was quoting Moby Dick in that scene.

      • Hrdwood

I don't remember the whale talking in that flick? That's the one with Nemo in it right?

  • Busternut

#1 My favourite line is, "Do I really look like a guy with a plan? You know what I am? I'm a dog chasing cars. I wouldn't know what to do with one if I caught it! You know, I just… *do* things. "

#3 Nobody plays different types of evil guys better than Kevin Spacey. Plus the "I rule" line in American Beauty is still something I use on people all the time.

    • lucid_eye

Look at me, jerking off in the shower… This will be the high point of my day; it's all downhill from here.

      • tv_paul

Great line, the sad part is I bet 90% of guys who are married for more than 5 years would agree with this.

        • lucid_eye

Why do you think I know this line by heart? Same woman for twelve years and I look forward to my alone time.

          • tv_paul

Same here. I married even longer with 3 kids. Nothing better than just trying to relax and the kids are screaming at each other.

  • DDD

You gonna bark all day little doggie or are you gonna bite………. #19

  • Canucks_Rule

#3 – one of the best endings to a movie ever.
