Today I posted a story about a little boy named Griffin Stein. One of a set of triplets, Griffin was born without eyes. With a little help from the Chive Fund, we were able to get Griffin a brand new Chrysler Town and Country minivan and a special wheelchair lift.
But in true Chive fashion, the Chivers were not satisfied with that. They saw the small ‘peanut sized’ house in which the Steins lived. All three triplets share a room. The Chivers think the Steins need a bigger house and I totally agree.
I’m working with them now to make that happen, and it could happen as early as tomorrow but I’ll need the Chivers help with that. So please tune into theCHIVE tomorrow and Friday. I’m thinking of going old school with it. – Set a goal and let the Chivers blow the ‘effing back door out of it.
In the meantime, the Stein family sent this photo of Griffin today. They told me to tell theCHIVE community they are overwhelmed and ‘completely speechless at the moment.’
Thanks to everybody who donated to the Chive Fund for making this happen. Read the entire story RIGHT HERE.
