It was. The fire dept was and is part of the town. You guys need first responders as much as you do anything else.

I am from France and I donated. I am sure my money went to rebuilding the town, starting with the brave men and woman from your fire department. They never ask for much, just that a little help from strangers is a small return to the daily help they give to strangers. If ever you are in trouble there and they give you assistance, be thankful to the Chive community for standing behind these dedicated people. KCCO.
