If you make it over 100 years on this earth, you are guaranteed one news story. It’s the law. And during that news story, they are guaranteed to ask you one question without fail: how on God’s green earth are you still alive? From here, the centenarian will credit their longevity to something ludicrous and unbelievable, like daily exercise, or they’ll offer something far more practical, like cracking open a Coors everyday at exactly 4 pm.
And that’s the case with Andrew E. Slavonic, a 101-year-old Air Force veteran who served in WWII. He doesn’t need your hot yoga crossfit smoothies or your vegan quinoa fitbits. All our mans needed to break the hundred year mark was a cold one from the Miller-Coors family of brews.
