We are rounding out the month of January and I got to say… the girls are KILLING IT! When searching through the hashtag #ChiveFit, I couldn’t help but notice how persistent these girls have been with staying true to their word and staying after it. With so many cool stories from their inspiration to the starting point, I thought they could use their own moment in the spotlight. To hell with the guys… Let’s do it, ladies!
One of our most consistent gals has been @garage_gym_babe. Out of Arizona, she trains in a kickass gym set up in a garage, that she built herself (hence the IG handle) and mind we say is looking good doing it. Between incline bench dumbbell rows, hamstring curls, squats, and rows, she has led by example in showing ways to get your mind and body right with the help of her trainer and photographer @stevelambfit.
