Man, the designers who came up with these ads did NOT play around.
They really showed off their creativity and ability to capture people’s attention. Decades later, they’re STILL holding that attention. Recently I found a Reddit thread full of vintage ads that bring you back to simpler times.
Actually, now that I think about it, modern advertising ignores that creativity in favour of unapologetically shoving whatever brand down your throat.
Okay, so maybe advertising is a lot simpler now than it was, but that DOESN’T mean it’s better.
