The sexual tension between adults at the swimming pool is absolutely palpable. It makes sense. A bikini is basically a bra and underwear, while men’s swim trunks are comparable to boxers. Perhaps that’s why Hollywood has capitalized on the idea of steamy swimming pool scenes.
Comedies do it, dramas do it, even thriller/horror movies use the swimming pool scene. And with summer fast approaching, we thought it was the perfect opportunity to compile some of the most sultry pool scenes of all time.
