The creature staring back at you from your computer screen is known as the Fennec Fox. Its genus species is Vulpes Zerda, meaning – you guessed it – small fox.
Not only are these things cute as can be, but currently fennec foxes are labeled as a species of least concern in terms of the endangered list. That is great news!
