A couple years ago the Keep NZ Beautiful Society and telecommunications company Chorus decided to change their abundance of utility boxes from an eyesore to a vibrant spectacle. Ultimately they created a cabinet art program that lets artists from all over do their best work to enhance the overall scenery throughout New Zealand.
