I’m a believer in affirmations and allowing yourself to work on your goals no matter how far away they may seem. For these people, age/time didn’t stop them from living life to the fullest and appreciating the little things.

*Worth noting that not all of these people are elderly, but whether you’re 30 or 80, when you’re down bad things seem to feel like they last a lifetime.
