There’s a special place in Hell for landlords. Having lived in New York City for 13 years, I can promise you that they are some of the most evil people roaming the planet.
Come to think of it, I’m gonna out one of them right now. Hi Maria, remember me? I was your tenant in Queens and you used to show up at our doorstep every morning on the 1st of the month demanding all of our rent in cash. You never took checks or Venmo. You painted over everything. You are the reason I drink.
