I have deep empathy for anyone that has a job where they have to answer questions from customers. It can be at a phone store, it can be at a restaurant, you will encounter something stranger (and possibly worse) than just an angry customer.
You could encounter a dumb one, and hopefully, you don’t run into any of these folks below.
