Teachers share the differences in style of 2000s, 2010s, & 2020 students (15 GIFs)
I don’t talk about my age a ton, but I was born in the 90s. The only reason I mention that here is because I truly remember the pre-smart-phone era. I remember smuggling my Game Boy Advance to school. I remember playing Tetris on a piece-of-shit-flip-phone. I remember playing Age of Empires II on a Windows 98 computer.
And then, when I got to middle school, technology completely changed. I lived through the transition, and I’m still kind of reeling from it. For all of my tech-savviness, I still barely understand Spotify at times.
So, I can only imagine how teachers feel, being so close to watching how generations of children change.
