Cheryl Treadway and her kids were being held hostage by her boyfriend, Ethan Nickerson, when she had a brilliant idea.
After arguing all day, Nickerson grabbed his knife when Treadway attempted to leave to pick up her children from school. Taking away her phone, he accompanied her to the school before bringing them home and holding them hostage.
